Privacy Policy
Effective July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Titan Automotive LLC (“Insurance Supplements AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when a body shop (“you”) uses the service. Insurance Supplements AI is a business tool; we process business and claim documents you provide to generate supplement demands.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name and email (via Google sign-in), and shop details you enter (shop name, address, phone, logo).
- Estimate documents you upload. The repair and insurer estimates you upload to run a comparison. These may contain third-party personal information — such as vehicle owner names, addresses, VINs, and plate numbers — that appears on the estimates.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing details (e.g., plan, amount, phone provided at checkout). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data. Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service (e.g., request and error logs).
2. How we use information
- To provide the service — read the two estimates, compute the supplement, and generate your PDF.
- To process payments and manage your subscription or credits.
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
- To improve accuracy of the product. Money calculations are performed by deterministic code and are not learned from your data.
3. Service providers (subprocessors)
We use a small number of vendors to run the service, and share information with them only to provide it:
- Supabase — database and file storage for your account, documents, and generated PDFs (encrypted at rest).
- Google (Gemini API)— the contents of the estimate documents are sent to Google's AI service to be read and analyzed so the comparison can be produced.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — application hosting.
These providers process data under their own terms and security programs. We do not authorize them to use your uploaded documents for their own purposes.
4. How we store and protect information
Your data is stored in our Supabase project with encryption at rest and access controls. Application database tables are protected by row-level security, and administrative access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain your account, documents, and generated PDFs while your account is active so you can access your order history. You may request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time by emailing titanautomotive33@gmail.com; we will delete them within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law or resolve disputes.
6. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded documents, and we do not share them for third-party advertising.
7. Your responsibilities for third-party data
Because your uploads can contain vehicle owners' personal information, you are responsible for having the right to upload that information and to have it processed to generate a supplement, as described in the Terms of Service.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date.
